Origin - Vineyard: Askos area, Thessaloniki region, Central Macedonia.
Harvest: First fortnight of September
Vinification: Pre-fermentation cold soak-skin contact. Alcoholic fermentation in inox tanks with temperature control (16 - 18οC), followed by 2-3 months sur lie maturation in new barriques, with frequent stirring.
Wine description: Arvanitidis Estate gives a gorgeous northern twist to the great Greek variety Assyrtiko: fresh citrus aroma and soft layers of toasted oak, round mouth and the crisp acidity that wine lovers crave.
