Wine description: Overall the Arvanitidis Estate wines are fresh, fruit-forward, and easy-drinking. In this very attractive rosé look for bright salmon color, springy, refreshing fruity aromas with hints of strawberry and blackberries. Groovy with lovely acidity and a good mouth-watering attack that wakes up the palate, it’s simply delicious! The symphony grape is Xinomavro.
Wine and food pairing: Bring on the shrimp, haul out the salmon steaks or prepare the vegetables and start grilling because this crisp and fruity rosé is a perfect barbecue companion.
